About

Kyla is inspired by the act of leading others and empowering them to live their truth. She believes in the power of connecting breath and movement with those around her. Throughout her life, she has enjoyed coaching people and creating a space where they feel comfortable and confident in order to reach their full potential. From her 800 hours of training, she vows to keep the tradition of Krishnamacharya’s yoga lineage alive thanks to one of her great teachers, Ryan Leier. Kyla will incorporate a balance of strength and serenity into her teachings during the program. Her compassionate nature makes her a perfect fit as the Yoga Teacher Training student liaison. She gives herself fully to new trainees who need guidance and support during the training.
