This 20-day intensive vinyasa yoga teacher training is designed to take you on a journey deep into yourself. Through the alchemical process of yoga, you will learn how to listen to your body's innate wisdom and inner healer and develop the skills to share yoga’s rich teachings from an intelligent and authentic space. Exploring the holistic functional concepts and the interconnectedness between the mind and body, you will learn to uncover the deep stories embedded in the holding patterns of the body and develop the tools to create space for new ways of being.

As graduates of this training, you will learn

CHECK-IN DAY: March 8th (After 3 pm)

Guests should arrive and check-in to the Tree Casa Resort Partner between 3 to 9 pm to enjoy the resort and rest up for the start of training. *Meal is NOT included on arrival day.

DEPARTURE DAY: March 28th (By 11 am)

Guests will need to check out of the resort by 11 am.

**You will need to arrive in Managua, Nicaragua Airport or Liberia, Costa Rica Airport 2 hours prior to your flight departure. You must book your airport ground transportation in advance and have a valid passport with at least 6 months from expiration.

Price includes accommodations, meals, and training facilities. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner (3 days of meals will be on your own during your off days). Guests will stay, eat, train and practice at Tree Casa, and can walk to training facilities, restaurant, and pool and cafe.
